WFE’s COVID-19 Policy for Events 


The WFE will only allow fully vaccinated attendees or attendees who are not able to get a vaccine due to an underlying medical or health condition to attend the event. 

Through separate communication closer to the event, the WFE will require all attendees to attest of their vaccination status.  

The venue health and safety requirements may change between the date of registration and the date of the event. The WFE reserves the right to require attendees to follow additional health and safety measures as required by local law or the venue, or as it deems prudent.

Travel to England from another country during coronavirus (COVID-19)


Transportation:  


25-minute drive from London Heathrow Airport and an hour from London Gatwick

45 minutes by train from London Waterloo (South Western Railway) : Ascot and Sunningdale are the nearest train stations to Pennyhill Park. They both have taxi ranks outside (approx. 10-minute drive to the Conference Venue).

Over 600 free car parking spaces (including 4 free electric car chargers)
